Our Crystalised Multifloral Raw Honey 500g is produced from different nectar sources in the Helensville and wider local area.
The level of MGO (Methylglyoxal) antibacterial activity in this batch is 98. NPA 5.5 (Humm). MGO is a compound unique to Manuka Honey. NPA or Non-Peroxide is a rating that measures the strength of Manuka honey. We are proud to produce this quality product labelled Multifloral from our local area containing natural antibacterial properties.
This batch of honey was extracted in January 2024 and is now naturally crystalised . We only have a few jars of this natural goodness left for sale.
Our Multifloral honey is amazing on toast, a drizzel on yoghurt and cereals and in warm drinks ( not hot water which can compromise antibacterial properties in our honey).
