Our Raw Honeycomb 400 g in a wooden square is naturally made by our honeybees. Honeycomb is amazing on a charcuterie board with cheese and crackers, meats and fruits, or spread on toast, with yoghurt or pancakes. Savour the taste! The wax in the honeycomb can be chewed and eaten in small amounts.
The beeswax foundation which comes with the Wooden Squares was intentionally not inserted in the majority of our wooden squares, to encourage our bees to create a 100% natural product. We cant quite yet say 100% beeswax foundation free in our honeycomb as a couple have beeswax foundation in , however the majority of wooden squares are 100 % naturally made.
All Nutrition Information and batch number are on the back of the packaging. Our ' small batch ' honeycomb comes off our hives by the 31st of December every year. Harvested in Helensville, New Zealand.
